Naginimora, 28 November (MTNews): A joint meeting was convened between the District Authorities of Mon (Nagaland) and Sivasagar (Assam) on November 23, 2023, at Augrijan Tea Estate, Naginimora, Nagaland. The primary agenda of the meeting was to address the issue of the illegal erection of a Pillar Post on the Nagaland side by Assam authorities.

“Both District Authorities from Mon and Sivasagar discussed the concerns surrounding the border issue and worked towards finding an amicable solution,” DIPR reported.
