Mongsenbai Ward has procured a hydraulic mini dumper truck to be used for disposal of garbage and sanitation which was dedicated with a prayer in the presence of pastors of Kumlong Baptist Church and Ngati Baptist Church at the Ward treasurer’s residence on Saturday. Chairman of Mongsenbai Ward told Mokokchung Times that the truck was procured through contributions made by the households in the Ward as well as from the Kumlong Baptist Church and Ngati Baptist Church. He also said that a bank supported them. The Ward used to collect a monthly sanitation fee of Rs.50 from every household which was enhanced to Rs.100 since 2020 to procure the truck.
