The Naga American Foundation 2023 Conference was held at Edison, New Jersey , USA on 7 and 8 July. A total of 90 participants attended the biennial conference, held once every two years. This year’s theme, “Embracing Our Roots and Cultivating New Possibilities,” explored questions of what it means to adapt to American culture while embracing Naga roots and growing as a community in the United States.
The NAF is a non-profit, non-partisan, non-political, cultural and educational organization that promotes and recognizes Naga culture and heritage in America. They also give out two scholarships every year to two students, one for graduate and one for undergraduate.
