The Naga Darts Championship 2024, organized by the Nagaland Darts Association, took place on 14 and 15 September 2024 at La Colline Resort, Kohima. The annual event brought together top darts players from across Nagaland, providing a platform for competition and skill development in preparation for national and international events.
A total of 36 participants competed, including 12 newcomers in the rookie category. The tournament was inaugurated by MLA Dr Tseilhoutuo Rhutso, who also launched the jerseys for the Naga Darts team members participating in the upcoming Malaysia Open Tournament 2024, set to take place from 27-29 September in Kuala Lumpur.
Day one featured singles and doubles matches, with players demonstrating exceptional skill and determination. The event has elevated the level of play among Naga dart players, and the Nagaland Darts Association expressed optimism about the future of the sport in the state.
