Kohima, 18 March (MTNews): The inaugural General Meeting of the Nagaland Aainball Association (NABA) took place on 18 March 2024 at the residence of NABA President Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu, MLA & Leader of the NPF Legislative Party in Kohima. During the meeting, the association passed resolutions to register and enroll the association under the Societies Act 1860, Home Department.
Furthermore, the meeting decided to conduct a training camp for Nagaland Coaches in the first week of April 2024 in Dimapur under the guidance of NABA advisors Sandeep, IPS, ADGP (L&O); T Aochuba, IFS, Conservator of Forest (Wildlife), Director Intangki National Park; and Imlibenla Nienu. This training will be facilitated by international trained coaches invited from outside Nagaland.
Additionally, the Association declared its intention to introduce the Aainball Game in schools, colleges, and universities following the conclusion of the training camp.
