The 1st NECDC Senior Women’s Interstate Friendship T20 Tournament 2024 concluded with both Nagaland and Sikkim being declared joint champions after the final was abandoned due to persistent rain.
Despite the excitement leading up to the highly anticipated match at the Nongkhrah Cricket Ground in Meghalaya, officials were forced to call off the game. Organized by the North East Cricket Development Council (NECDDC), the tournament was hosted by the Meghalaya Cricket Association and featured teams from the member states of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Sikkim.
