Dimapur, November 17 (MTNews): The 4th Annual General Meeting of the Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) was held on November 17 at the Conference Hall, Niathu Resort. During the meeting, the new office bearers of the NCA for the tenure 2022-2025 were elected with Kechangulie Rio as president, Herato Sukhalu as vice president, Hyunilo Anilo Khing as secretary, Watinuksung Jamir as joint secretary and Abei Rups as treasurer.
Other key decisions made during the meeting included the election of Justin Khatomong as representative of the General Body in the Apex Council of the NCA and the audited accounts for FY 2021-22 being passed and adopted by the General Body. Ad hoc Report of the Association was also presented by the Secretary.
The house also approved in principle to give associate membership to three new districts viz, Chümoukedima District Cricket Association, Tseminyu District Cricket Association and Niuland District Cricket Association subject to performance report and fulfillment of the membership criteria.
