As the nation marked the 5th anniversary of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Nagaland joined in the celebration with the virtual dedication of 10 PM SHRI Schools and the laying of foundation stones for 23 new hostels across the state under the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA)—a dual milestone in India’s push for education reform and tribal upliftment.

The launch was part of the Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Samagam held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, where Union Minister of Education Dharmendra Pradhan virtually dedicated the institutions to the nation. The event was streamed live and witnessed participation from students, teachers, government officials, legislators, and community members across Nagaland.
