Kohima, 22 January (MTNews): Commemorating the consecration of the Ram Jamnabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, the Governor of Nagaland La Ganesan visited the Hindu Mandir at PWD Kohima on the 22 January 2024. During the visit, the Governor offered puja and attended the Live-telecast of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony, an update from Raj Bhavan Kohima informed.
“Marking the auspicious day, devotees from all walks of life and of all ages gathered together to witness the consecration of the Ram Temple ceremony and also performed Vedic rituals in seeking the blessing of Lord Shri Ram,” it added.
The Governor was accompanied by Commissioner & Secretary for Youth Resources & Sports, who is also holding additional charge of Secretary to Governor; Wezope Kenye, Joint Secretary to Governor Mhomo Tungoe; and other officials.
