Kohima, 17 April (MTNews): The Nagaland Health Protection Society, under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, has issued a notification regarding the reimbursement of medical treatment expenses for employees and pensioners.
According to a notification dated 28th March 2024, individuals who underwent medical treatment between 1st November 2022 and 31 December 2023 and had to self-pay for the cost of treatment during the initial period of the CMHIS (EP) are eligible for reimbursement.
The department has informed that an online portal for the submission and processing of reimbursement claims is currently under development and will be operational soon. In the meantime, beneficiaries are advised to prepare the necessary documents for reimbursement of medical expenses.
To facilitate the reimbursement process, concerned beneficiaries can visit the official portal at www.cmhis.nagaland.gov.in. The portal provides detailed information on eligibility criteria and the list of required documents for a successful claim application.
