The Department of School Education, in collaboration with the Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA) and NagaEd, has launched the second phase of the Nagaland Disaster Management School Safety Policy (NDMSSP) Compliance Course. This online, mandatory training program aims to equip all teachers in both government and private schools across the state with essential knowledge and skills to ensure a safe and resilient educational environment.

The deadline for completing the second phase of the course is set for October 31, 2025, with the goal of ensuring that all teachers in the state complete the School Safety Policy Compliance Course by this date.

For teachers who registered for the Phase 1 Compliance Course but have not yet completed it, they are required to finish the course by June 30, 2025, to receive certification. A list of these teachers can be found in the Annexure. Teachers who have not yet registered for the course are also encouraged to do so during Phase 2 and complete it by the set deadline to receive their certification.

Teachers who have already completed the course and received their certificates are encouraged to support their colleagues in registering and completing the course to ensure full participation across the state.
