Mokokchung, 19 January (MTNews): In preparation for the upcoming Nagaland Olympic & Paralympic Games 2024, scheduled to take place from 12 to 17 February 2024, the Nagaland Olympic Association has called for a coordination meeting to discuss crucial aspects related to the planning and execution of the Games to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Secretary General of the NOA, Abu Metha, has in a letter addressed to all the Sports Associations of Nagaland (disciplines included in the NOPG2024), Chef de Mission, and Deputy Chef de Mission informed that the meeting will be held on 22 January 2024 at 11:30 am at the Nagaland Olympic Association Headquarters, Sovima, Nagaland, located in the office of Nagaland Adventure & Motorsports Association, at the Regional Centre for Sporting Excellence.
All the Presidents, General Secretaries of the Sports Association participating in the NOPG 2024 and the Chef de Mission, and Deputy Chef de Missions of all 16 districts of Nagaland are requested to attend the meeting.
The Secretary General emphasized the significance of the attendees’ presence, citing the discussion of critical matters related to planning and execution that will significantly contribute to the overall success of the NOPG 2024.
