The Nagaland Police on Saturday announced the provisional shortlisting of candidates for the written examination for the recruitment of 1,176 posts of Constable (GD) under the Police Department.
According to a notice issued by the Office of the Director General of Police, Nagaland, candidates who successfully qualified the Physical and Medical Standards Test were further assessed based on the marks obtained in the Physical Efficiency Test.
On the basis of these parameters, candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the written test in a ratio of 1:10 against the posts allotted under the approved tribal ratio, district wise.
The PHQ has informed that shortlisted candidates must mandatorily produce their admit cards at the examination hall. Candidates have also been instructed to report to their designated examination venues at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the written test.
The date and venue for the subsequent interview stage will be notified at a later stage, the notice stated.
