The Government of Nagaland has constituted a standing High-Powered Committee (HPC) to provide overall policy direction, inter-departmental coordination, and strategic oversight for the Hornbill Festival.

The committee will guide the festival’s strategic vision, approve major initiatives and partnerships, monitor progress against defined outcomes, allot sites, regulate material and event rates, and make all policy decisions related to the festival.

The HPC will also oversee CSR contributions, sponsorships, and approve any events organized at the Naga Heritage Village, Kisama, outside the Hornbill Festival period. A Convenor and Festival Director will be appointed from among the members to implement the decisions of the committee.
