Star striker Toka Achumi stole the show with a sensational hat-trick, sealing a crucial win for his team. His first hat trick of the season performance also won him the Player of the Match award.
Despite Barak FC being reduced to 10 men after a red card in the 46th minute, they maintained defensive solidity and capitalized on counterattacks. Achumi opened the scoring in the 26th minute and added two more in the second half (70’, 85’).
SZFC had multiple chances but struggled with execution in the final third, while Barak’s disciplined defense and stellar goalkeeping ensured a clean sheet.

Nagaland United Sports Club (NUSC) delivered a commanding 5-0 victory over Frontier Warriors (FWFC) in their Nagaland Super League clash at IG Stadium, Kohima. Despite a resilient defensive effort from FWFC, NUSC broke the deadlock in the second half, with goals from Shlok Tiwari (55’), Ngariyanbam Jenish Singh (64’, 71’), and Nisede Peseyie (85’, 90+4’).
Player of the Match, Ngariyanbam Jenish Singh, played a pivotal role, netting twice and orchestrating NUSC’s attack. NUSC, with superior possession and relentless attacking play, dominated the game, sealing a well-deserved victory, while FWFC’s goalkeeper put in a heroic effort to limit the damage.

Red Scars FC (RSFC) and 27 United FC (UFC) shared the points in an intense 2-2 draw in their Nagaland Super League Matchday 4 clash at Chümoukedima Football Stadium.
RSFC struck early, with Yuno scoring in the 1st minute, but UFC equalized quickly through Ngansang Phom (5’). Hivika restored RSFC’s lead in the 22nd minute, only for UFC to level again via a penalty from Ato (44’).
The second half saw RSFC dominate possession, hitting the crossbar twice, but UFC’s resilient defense, led by Player of the Match Lohrii Kaisii, held firm. Despite late chances for both sides, neither could find a winner, leaving both teams still searching for their first victory.
