Kohima, 27 March (MTNews): Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today while presenting the first budget of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly said that the Government intends to gradually scale down the number of Government employees in order to utilize more funds in developmental activities.
Talking about how Nagaland Staff Selection Board (NSSB) has already started the process of recruitments to posts that have been notified to be recruited by the Board, Rio said that all the existing vacancies would not be filled up.
He said that the Government intends to gradually scale down the number of Government employees so that more funds can be set aside for developmental activities.
