engineering workshop
Nagaland University achieved a significant milestone with the inauguration of the New Faculty Building and Engineering Workshop at its Kohima Campus on 13 August. The inauguration was conducted by Prof. Jagadish Kumar Patnaik, Vice Chancellor of Nagaland University, in the presence of Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. G.T. Thong, Registrar Dr. Abemo, and faculty members, officers, and staff of the Kohima Campus.
Prof Patnaik described the day as a “memorable and auspicious occasion” in the university’s history. He emphasized that the new facilities would greatly benefit not only the engineering students but also students from other departments. Prof. Patnaik reiterated the university’s commitment to providing top-notch infrastructure to support its members’ academic and professional growth.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Metsizolie Medoze, Deputy Registrar of Nagaland University, Kohima Campus, who expressed gratitude to all those involved in the project’s success.
