The Capacity Building Plan is a mechanism for developing training modules for government employees using Artificial Intelligence tools. It will serve as a blueprint for departmental training requirements, with the aim of building future-ready, citizen-centric civil servants. The CBP will align with the national push for institutional capacity building while taking into account state-specific roles and responsibilities across departments.
