The 15th NAP( IR) Mahila Band from Nagaland continued to captivate the judges of India’s Got Talent Season 10, particularly singer-rapper Badshah. Following their rendition of the classic track “Raat Baaqi Baat Baaqi” from the 1982 film Namak Halaal, the band earned their third golden buzzer from Badshah.
In their Saturday performance, the band members deviated from their usual attire and donned polka dot tops and bright yellow wide pants and skirts, evoking the styles of the 1920s to the 1980s. Their fashion choices also received accolades from the show’s host and judges.
Immediately following their performance, which was broadcast on Saturday, Badshah swiftly pressed the golden buzzer, expressing that their act showcased deep respect for the stage and the significance of the golden buzzer.
The judge also praised their vocal range, remarking, “Sometimes, it’s the simplest things that bring the most joy, and the way you deliver and perform is truly uplifting.”
The rapper went on to express his pride in having the band as his golden buzzer choice and commended them for cherishing and respecting the golden buzzer he bestowed upon them during their audition, as well as for their reverence for the stage.
