Hokhovi Rhetso, a promising footballer from KIC Greenwood Higher Secondary School Academy, has been selected to undergo trials for the prestigious AIFF-FIFA Talent Academy in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Rhetso, who is currently a student at St. Anthony High School, Tenyiphe-1, Chumoukedima, trains at the KIC football academy at Greenwood and was spotted during the BC Roy Trophy Sub-Junior National Championship held in Assam, where he represented Nagaland.
In a letter addressed to the Nagaland Football Association, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) stated that Rhetso has been invited to attend the trials for the AIFF-FIFA Talent Academy. The trials are scheduled to take place from August 25 to September 4, 2024, in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
