Kohima, 25 June (MTNews): The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has informed all the Heads of Registered Institutions and students with disabilities that, as per the Office Memorandum issued by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department (Administrative Reforms Branch), Nagaland, Kohima, dated Kohima, the 7h June 2023, the Health & Family Welfare Department has been designated as the Competent Authority for issue of Disability Certificate for all purposes of employment, education and availing of all provisions given to Persons with Disabilities.
All Heads of Registered Institutions have been requested to note and guide the students with disabilities to obtain the Disability Certificate from the Competent Authority only, for submission to the Board for availing of provisions/exemptions in examinations conducted by NBSE.
