4 from Nagaland Cricket Association awarded
Mokokchung, 25 July (MTNews): Cricket Association of Mizoram hosted the 8th North-East Cricket Development Committee (NECDC) Conclave and 2nd NECDC Achievers Nite wherein four players from Nagaland were awarded for their stellar performance during the 2022-23 season.
The 8th NECDC Conclave and the 2nd NECDC Achievers Nite was graced by Zoramthanga, Chief Minister of Mizoram. The Nagaland Cricket Association delegation was led by Hyunilo Anilo Khing, Hon. Secretary, Nagaland Cricket Association, accompanied by a host of officials and awardees from Nagaland Cricket Association.
The 4 players from Nagaland who were awarded for their brilliant performance throughout the BCCI Domestic Season 2022-23 were: Hem Bahadur Chetri – Best Bestsman (Men’s U23), Afzal Hussain Choudhury – Best Wicket-Keeper (Men’s U23), Yugandhar Singh – Best Wicket-Keeper (Mens U19), and Najmeen Khatun – Best Batter (Girls U15).
