NDPP Women Organization of 27 Mokokchung Town Assembly Constituency held a consultative meeting on May 10 at the Treasurer’s residence at Aongza Ward. About 200 women activists of the party from all 5 units of the constituency attended the consultative meeting where the unit presidents shared proposals and activities to be undertaken in their respective units. Arenla Pongen, President, Women Organization, NDPP Mokokchung Division exhorted the gathering and also highlighted plans and objectives of the party. Alemla Metsübo, who was also present in the meeting, expressed appreciation to the women for their participation in politics and thereby ensuring success for the party in the constituency. She also further encouraged the women to always remain united.
