The meeting, chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner S. Athsangla, included a review of the minutes from the previous meeting. One key decision made during the session was the adoption of government high schools by administration officers to enhance overall school performance. This initiative, aimed at improving academic outcomes, followed thorough deliberation between the district administration, Sub-Divisional Education Officer, and high school headmasters in the district.

The board also discussed and approved several significant proposals, including the posting of State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) personnel to Niuland district. Additionally, the registration and renewal of societies were reviewed, with a decision to conduct thorough scrutiny to ensure that non-performing societies would not be renewed.

The urgent posting of department officers and the construction of office buildings for various departments were also discussed. These departments include the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Treasury Office, Post Office, Transport, Labour & Employment, Fire & Emergency, Soil & Water Conservation, Water Resources, Evaluation, Economics and Statistics, Home Guard & Civil Defence, Urban Development, IT & Communication, and New & Renewable Energy. Proposals for these projects were forwarded to the concerned departments for approval.
