The Directorate of Health & Family Welfare has issued a stern reminder to all its employees regarding attendance and duty compliance. In a circular released today, Director R. Mereninla Senlem highlighted rising concerns over unauthorized absences, rotational duties, and overall failure to adhere to scheduled work hours.

Senlem stressed that such behavior is a direct violation of existing government policies and cannot be tolerated. The circular firmly reiterated that non-compliance will lead to disciplinary actions, including the enforcement of the ‘No Work, No Pay’ policy, a measure meant to curb absenteeism and ensure effective service delivery in the department.
