The Mokokchung wushu team secured a remarkable achievement by winning a total of 6 medals at the recently concluded Nagaland Olympic & Paralympic Games 2024. The medal tally includes 1 Gold, 3 Silver, and 2 Bronze medals.
Emtiramok Amri claimed the Gold in the 65 kg category, while Temsunungsang and Tulumatsung earned Silver in the 75 kg and 85 kg categories, respectively.
In the women’s events, Sentizungla and Temsurenla clinched Silver and Bronze medals, respectively, both competing in the 45 kg category.
