Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) president and Lok Sabha member Supongmeren Jamir, along with the entire NPCC, has expressed condolences on the demise of Jesing Sangtam, vice president of the District Congress Committee (DCC), Tuensang.
In a condolence message issued on September 7, the NPCC described Sangtam’s death as a “profound loss” to his family, friends, colleagues and the Congress organisation.
The party said Sangtam was a dedicated and committed worker who served the Congress with sincerity, humility and devotion. His contributions and commitment to the organisation, along with his presence among colleagues, would be deeply remembered, it added.
Jamir and the NPCC expressed solidarity with the bereaved family during the time of grief and prayed for strength, comfort and courage for the family to endure the loss.
The NPCC also prayed that the departed soul may “rest in eternal peace.”
