The Naga Peoples’ Front (NPF) Mokokchung Division held a brief program on 21 October 2024, commemorating the 62nd Foundation Day of the party at its office. The program was graced by two central vice presidents from the district: Lanukaba and Yangerlemba.

Lanukaba, Vice President of the Central Office, highlighted a brief history of the party’s formation. He stated that the party was founded on the principle of non-violence, with the motto “Fide Non Armis,” aiming to resolve the Indo-Naga issue and bring all-around development to the people.
Yangerlemba exhorted the gathering, emphasizing that the party should wholly support the ongoing peace process. Afterward, he led a short prayer commemorating the occasion.
On this occasion, the gathering resolved to commit to and rededicate themselves to upholding the principles of the party.
