Mokokchung, 22 October (MTNews): The Ministry of Kilo Affairs, NSCN/GPRN (Niki) on Sunday said it has received reports of some individuals demanding money in the name of the ministry officials from business establishments in and around Dimapur and Chumukedima.
“The Kilo Affairs shall not tolerate such a deliberate attempt to tarnish the reputation of the ministry and that of the NSCN/GPRN and shall take stern action against those resorting to unauthorized collection,” it said in a press release.
It also said that the ministry or its officials does not authorize or endorse anyone to seek/demand any form of financial assistance, donation or tax from any individual, group or business establishments.
As such, the ministry has informed all concerned not to entertain anyone approaching them with financial related matters in the name of Kilo Affairs.
