Mokokchung, 29 October (MTNews): The Ao Region National Workers (civil wing) of the NSCN-IM held a consultative meeting on 20 October 2023 at Longphayimsen, Mokokchung. It was participated and led by L Yanger Pongen, Member, Collective Leadership. Executive Members, Steering Committee, Members of Steering Committee, Kilonsers, Dy.Kilonsers, Leacy, Razou Peyu and Khapur level members joined the meeting, an update received here said.
“Deliberating on the Naga political issue and the political significance of the historic Framework Agreement of 3rd August, 2015, the Ao Regional authority reiterated its stand that any political solution between the GOI and NSCN should be on the basis of the Framework Agreement,” the update said.
