The NSCN/GPRN has informed the public in general and vehicle owners in particular that plying of heavy vehicles along a crucial stretch of road.
Effective immediately, all heavy-duty vehicles like six-wheelers and above ferrying sand and logs from Manglumukh Village till the tri-junction of Selouphe, Thilixu, and the 5th Mile junction as the NSCN/GPRN is undertaking road repairing works due to deplorable road condition in this stretch of route.
However, six-wheeler vehicles with dry sand of minimum load are exempted from this restriction, it said.
It informed that any heavy vehicles plying in defiance of this information shall invite seizure of vehicle(s). Therefore, all the surrounding villages’ authorities have been requested to cooperate in this matter.
