NSCN-IM issues directive to oil pumps/fuel stations over basic amenities

The National Socialist Council of Nagalim (NSCN-IM) has issued a strong directive to all Oil Pumps and Fuel Stations across Nagalim regarding the maintenance of basic amenities. In a press statement, the group highlighted serious concerns over the state of facilities at these locations.

“It has come to our notice that many of the Oil Pumps/Fuel Stations across Nagalim are not providing or maintaining the mandatory basic amenities like free air filling machine and washroom/toilets,” the NSCN-IM said. The group pointed out that these amenities are not only missing but, in some cases, the washrooms and toilets are left in “unhygienic and untidy conditions which pose a serious health hazard.”

In response to these issues, NSCN-IM has mandated that all fuel stations take immediate action to renovate or construct proper facilities that meet the standards for public convenience. The statement further emphasized the urgency of the matter: “This calls for NSCN to issue this directive to all Oil Pumps/Fuel Stations to renovate/construct and maintain it to the level for public convenience at the earliest.”

The group also made it clear that failure to comply with this directive would result in “undesirable consequences”.
