The NSCN-K (Niki) and NSCN-U (Kitovi) have issued termination orders for two members, citing involvement in activities deemed contrary to their respective organizations’ principles.

The NSCN-K (Niki) has terminated Nzanthung Lotha, Deputy Secretary of NSCN/GPRN-K (Niki), from active national service. Lotha, who is a resident of Signal Basti, Dimapur, and originally from Okotso village in Wokha district, has been dismissed due to his involvement in anti-national activities, which is accountable to immediate termination as per the Ahza of the government.

According to the group’s MIP, a termination order issued by the Cabinet Secretary has specified that any individual, organization, society, union, business association, or state government engaging with Lotha will be doing so at their own risk. It stated that it would bear no responsibility for any activities he undertakes on behalf of the government.

The NSCN-U (Kitovi) has also announced the termination of Lieutenant Khekato Kiba from active national service. Kiba, who bears the service number 31991 and hail from Hozukhe Village of UT-I, has been dismissed under Article 92, Clause-II (Section-C) and Article 76 Clause-III of the NARRA. The termination has been attributed to drug abuse and involvement in anti-national activities.
