In a recent development, the NSCN-K (Niki) has announced the “forced discharge” of Ino Phuyeka Achumi, bearing Army No. 20297, son of Late Hevuto of Thilixu village under Dimapur, who has been active in national service in the People’s Army of Nagaland (PAN) following a decision of the Government.
An official order issued by Hiketo Kiho Swu, Joint Secretary, HoD Keeya Affairs, NSCN/GPRN, Achumi, who had been serving as a Major General, was terminated for violating provisions of the Yehzabo and the Rules and Regulations of the PAN.
According to the order, he was found in violation of multiple sections, including “Party Discipline Act: Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8; National Security Act: Sections 1, 3 and 4; and Anti-Social Act: Sections 2, 4, 5 and 6.”
