The Crime Suppression Department (CSD) of NSCN-U (Khitovi) on August 27 seized a white Wagon R (VXI Model), bearing registration number AS-01BB-0736, which was found parked at a garage in old Showba, Dimapur. According to its MIP, the vehicle’s driver was reported missing and has not been located despite efforts to track them down.
It was further informed that the CSD team, acting on internal sources, conducted a thorough investigation and discovered that the vehicle’s registration, chassis number, and engine number were all forged and mismatched. This, according to the organization, confirmed that the vehicle was stolen.
