To,
The Honourable Chief Minister,
Government of Nagaland
Subject: Urgent Appeal for Issuing PIMS Codes to Newly Recruited Teachers via NSSB, 2023, Department of School Education
Sir,
I am writing this to bring to your attention the pressing issue faced by the recently appointed teachers who participated in the NSSB examinations. It has been observed that despite receiving their posting orders in late November 2023, the absence of PIMS codes has plunged them into a state of financial uncertainty, as they are unable to receive their rightful salaries.
The delay in issuing PIMS codes to these deserving candidates has resulted in significant financial hardships, making it challenging for them to meet their basic needs and fulfill their responsibilities. As a consequence, many are experiencing financial distress and are unable to sustain themselves and their families.
Furthermore, the non-issuance of PIMS codes by the authority concerned have led to administrative hurdles and confusion regarding their employment status, hindering their ability to access various benefits and services provided by the Government. This situation has created a sense of uncertainty and anxiety among the affected teachers, who are eagerly awaiting resolution.
In light of these critical issues, I earnestly request your immediate intervention to expedite the process of generating PIMS codes for these newly recruited teachers. Swift action in this matter will not only alleviate their financial struggles but also restore their faith in the system and enable them to perform their duties with renewed dedication and commitment.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue promptly.
