Phase IV of the Rev. Moa Longchari Cancer Foundation (RMLCF) Tobacco-Free Campaign was held on April 24 at Kevilhouü Rio Auditorium, G Rio School, Kohima.

With participation from 20 schools — two government and 18 private — the programme brought together 369 students and 35 teachers, totalling 404 participants, the highest recorded so far. The turnout reflected a strong collective stand towards a tobacco-free future.

The first session, led by keynote speaker Dr. Reyosalu Lase Vizo, Additional Director (Dental), Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, focused on raising awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco and the importance of making informed choices.

The second session encouraged student engagement through group discussions and presentations, creating space for ideas, dialogue, and collaboration.
