Running from 10:00 AM throughout the day, the fair featured walk-in interviews and direct resume submissions, offering participants a rare opportunity to engage with recruiters across diverse sectors including education, hospitality, information technology, marketing, NGOs, media and communications, and industrial services.

Kohima College served as the venue partner, facilitating smooth coordination. Volunteers from Kohima College, Sazolie College, and Tetso College played a key role in logistics and candidate assistance.

“We understand the frustration of feeling excluded from decisions that shape our futures,” said a spokesperson from Resilient Generation. “That is why we are undertaking this initiative — to create an environment where young individuals can lead, grow, and take responsibility for change. This is not about handouts; it is about offering genuine opportunities.”
