The Phomching Area Students’ Union (PASU) has conducted the first day of its School Inspection Drive at Phomching headquarters, covering four educational institutions as part of its effort to monitor and support improvements in the local education system.
The schools inspected were Royal School, Government Primary School Phomching, Good Samaritan School, and Government High School Phomching.
According to PASU officials, the inspection focused on key aspects including teacher attendance, availability of basic infrastructure and facilities, academic progress of students, and the overall functioning of the institutions.
The union stated that the exercise was aimed at ensuring accountability and assessing the quality of education being delivered in the area. PASU also expressed appreciation to the respective school authorities for their cooperation and support during the inspection process.
The students’ body informed that the inspection drive would continue in the coming days and would cover the remaining schools in the area as per the scheduled plan.
