Kohima, 6 February (MTNews): The Phek District Archery Association conducted its coordination meeting at the president’s residence in Kohima on Tuesday, February 6. The meeting focused on preparing the archery team representing the district for the upcoming Nagaland Olympics and Paralympic Games, scheduled from February 12 to 17.
Discussions also centered on promoting and developing archery within the district. Additionally, self-reliance was emphasized, noting that the district possesses all necessary raw materials for the Indian round. Plans to organize both a District Archery Championship and a State Championship in the upcoming years were also deliberated upon.
The executive members, led by Dr Chotisuh Sazo, President of the PDAA, attended the meeting, including Razouvolie Dozo, Vice President; Hunezo Thisa, Technical Advisor; Besuta Vero, General Secretary; Khosazo Thisa, Joint Secretary, and others.
