Kohima, 7 April (MTNews): Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) and Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) in Nagaland has ushered in a new policy period effective 1 April, 2024, operating under the Insurance Mode. However, the implementation has encountered intermittent technical issues.
CEO, Nagaland Health Protection Society, Thavaseelan K and Jt CEO, Dr Kika Longkumer stated that the implementation of the scheme has encountered intermittent technical issues within the National Health Authority (NHA) IT Portal for CMHIS (EP), adding that all efforts are underway to resolve the issues promptly.
As such, empaneled hospitals have been directed to submit offline registrations and preauthorization requests along with all necessary documents by email to SHA and Claim Processing Team of the Insurance Company to ensure seamless service delivery till the portal issues are resolved.
Further, all empaneled hospitals have been directed to continue delivery of cashless services to beneficiaries, failing which necessary disciplinary actions as per the provision of the Contract will be initiated against erring EHCPs.

Further, beneficiaries can raise their grievances with the Central Grievance Redressal and Management System at www.stgcgrams.pmjay.gov.in or the NHPS Office, 4th Floor, Drug Control Building, Directorate of Health and Family Welfare, Kohima Nagaland.
