The Phom People’s Council (PPC) and the Langpangkong Tzükong Mungdang (LTM) jointly resolved to cooperate and support infrastructure development projects that may require the use of Dikhu River’s resources for the benefit of the people of Nagaland as a whole during their consultative meeting held on March 28, 2025, in Longleng.
