One of the methodologies to be used under this project for mobilizing the communities and involving them in the planning and decision making process is the Financial Participation Approach (FPA).
This FPA is an approach developed in Latin America and is being implemented for the first time in India, in Nagaland. The FPA approach for community mobilisation will be first carried out under Mokokchung Forest Division covering villages under the Forest Division of Mangkolemba Beat.
