In response to safety concerns regarding helicopter operations, the Deputy Commissioner of Noklak has announced strict restrictions to ensure the safety of service personnel and spectators at the helipad. Unauthorized gatherings, photography, and videography during helicopter landings and takeoffs have now been prohibited due to the significant risks these actions pose.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized the need for enhanced safety and security measures around the helipad. Effective immediately, unauthorized access to the helipad area is forbidden, with spectators not allowed within a 300-meter radius during landing and takeoff. Only authorized personnel with valid identification will be permitted within the helipad perimeter.

Furthermore, the use of cameras, drones, and recording devices within the helipad area is strictly prohibited. Media personnel seeking to conduct photography or videography must obtain prior permission from the helipad Administrator.

To enforce these measures, the Superintendent of Police, Noklak, will deploy adequate security personnel, while the Head Dobashi from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office will assign a minimum of two Dobashi to coordinate with the police. These personnel will monitor the helipad area, enforce the restrictions, and maintain law and order.

Exceptions to these rules include authorized personnel conducting official business and pre-approved media activities. However, failure to comply with these regulations may result in removal from the premises, confiscation of equipment, legal action, and revocation of access privileges.

This order takes effect immediately and will remain in force until further notice, reflecting the commitment to ensuring safety for all individuals and aircraft operating in the area. The Deputy Commissioner urged the public to cooperate in maintaining a secure environment at the helipad.
