On account of observance of World Oral Cancer Screening Month, screening camp of School children on Oral health was organized at Little Flower School (LFS) and Government Primary School, Pungro, Kiphire district on the 12 April .
The screening camp was organized by the medical team of Pungro Community Health Center (CHC) led by Dr. Weri Mero, the Medical Officer of the CHC. All together 997 Students were screened on Oral Cancer and minor dental procedure was also provided to them. Apart from the screening the students were also sensitized on Oral health.
