Office of the Executive Engineer Transmission Division Mokokchung, In A Circular, informed all concerned that Vegetation Clearance for 132kV and 66kV Transmission Lines under Transmission Division Mokokchung is scheduled from 23rd Oct. 2023 to 25th November 2023. In this regard, there will be a total shutdown of power from 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily in order to facilitate the smooth execution of the works. This exercise is necessitated with the aim to provide a stable power supply and avoid unwarranted disruption of supply.
Rescheduling is necessitated owing to the Bye-Election Poll Date fixed by ECI on 7th Nov’2023 to 43rd Tapi AC under Mon District.
The department appeals to all the public in the affected areas to extend cooperation and bear the inconvenience during the shutdown period. (DIPR)
