The SBI Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of the State Bank Group, has announced the commencement of registrations for the 13th batch of the SBI Youth for India Fellowship. The program invites young changemakers from India, NRIs, OCIs, and citizens of Nepal and Bhutan to contribute towards rural development.
This 13-month fellowship provides a structured platform for graduates and young professionals aged 21-32 to work alongside rural communities in collaboration with 13 leading NGOs across India. The initiative aims to create meaningful grassroots-level impact in various sectors.
The fellowship focuses on 12 key thematic areas, including health, rural livelihoods, food security, environmental protection, education, water, technology, women’s empowerment, self-governance, social entrepreneurship, traditional crafts, and alternative energy.
The SBI Foundation has also expressed its willingness to facilitate interactions with its leadership to discuss the program’s vision and impact over the past 12 years. Interested candidates and development sector aspirants are encouraged to register and be part of this transformative initiative.
