Mokokchung, 12 March (MTNews): In response to the notification issued by the State Election Commission, Chumlamo Humtsoe, Administrator and ERO of Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC), has issued a notification to all applicants regarding residential proof requirements.
The recent directive concerning residential proof stands partially modified and supplemented with additional instruction. Applicants are now instructed to provide a residential certificate issued by the respective colony/ward chairman/GB and authenticated by the relevant Area Administrative Officer.
To further authenticate the residential certificate, applicants must produce additional documents as requested by the Area Administrative Officer. Acceptable documents include the Assembly Electoral Roll of the relevant area within the municipal limits, driving license, ration card, and Aadhaar card.
