A resource book titled A Resource Book on Skill Enhancement was released today by Er Tepul Hopovi, President of the Southern Angami Public Organization (SAPO), at APO Morung, Kisama Heritage Village. The program was attended by members of the SAPO executive, the Southern Angami Women Organization (SAWO), and the APO Attires Committee.

The book, written by Chozhüle Kikhi, a former officer in the Horticulture Department, is aimed at helping individuals develop practical skills to generate income from home. Drawing from her experience, Kikhi said she hopes the book will be useful to readers and contribute to improving livelihoods in the state.
In his address, Er Tepul Hopovi highlighted the importance of self-employment in addressing unemployment in Nagaland and noted the state’s natural resources as an opportunity. In her remarks, Kikhi encouraged people to make use of available resources and explore options for self-employment.
The release of the book is expected to support efforts toward skill development and entrepreneurship in Nagaland. Hopovi acknowledged Kikhi’s work and expressed hope that her future initiatives would continue to benefit the community.
