He was felicitated and presented with his appointment letter by Dr Andrew Ahoto Sema, the President of Helping Hands Nagaland, during a brief informal ceremony held in Dimapur on 8 October 2023.

Rev Louliehu Yimsung is currently based in Brisbane, Australia, and is a well-known Naga figure, particularly associated with the Kingdom Leaders Alliance, which promotes a Biblical perspective for regional, national, and independent political parties. His association with Helping Hands Nagaland will play a crucial role in assisting Nagaland’s residents, especially students, residing in these regions. For overseas assistance in the specified regions, individuals may contact him at lyim@outlook.com or +61 432164322.

It’s worth noting that the Nagaland Chapter of Helping Hands was inaugurated on 23 October 2022 by its Founding President, Robin Hibu, IPS, Special Commissioner and ADGP, Delhi Police. Helping Hands is a charitable nonprofit non-government organization in India, guided by principles such as shared vision and goals, collaboration, mutual respect, and joint efforts to uplift and empower the underprivileged.

According to Dr Andrew Ahoto Sema, since its establishment, Helping Hands has initiated collaborations with other organizations and civic bodies, with non-Naga Community Organizations volunteering as partners. This partnership aims to facilitate better coordination and resource mobilization during emergencies where Nagaland residents in other states of India require assistance.

He further mentioned that Helping Hands Nagaland plans to conduct Awareness Camps, Blood Donation Drives, Career Counseling sessions, and other humanitarian services periodically to uphold the spirit of unity, brotherhood, and service for mankind among its citizens.
